FTE Services
Under this model we provide dedicated researchers/consultants. The profile of this researcher/consultant, is based on client requirement, longevity of the assignment and urgency of the requirement.
These arrangements typically range from 6 months to a year. This is most preferred service by our clients as it provides great value.
Project Based
Under this model we undertake complete ownership of a project for the client and provide end-to-end, team and project management support. Once the requirement analysis is done we provide full assistance until the project is fully deliveered.
This is most suitable for clients who have short term project based requirement and do not have the bandwidth to manage dedicated resources.
Fixed effort based services
Under this model we provide a specific amount of hours to our clients on a monthly basis.
This model is most suitable for clients who have requirements to get certain repetitive tasks done periodically, such as newsletters or databases, but do not want to deploy dedicated resources towards these activities.
